New-VpcTransitGateway

This cmdlet creates Transit Gateways.

Syntax

New-VpcTransitGateway
-Name < String >
[-Description < String > ]
[-ExternalConnection < ExternalConnection[] > ]
[-Span < Span > ]
[-TransitSubnet < String[] > ]
[CommonParameters]

Parameters

Specifies the name of the Transit Gateway that you want to create.
optional Description String named
The description of the Transit Gateway.
optional ExternalConnection ExternalConnection[] named
Specifies the name of the External Connections which you want to configure.
optional Span Span named
Specifies the name of the Span which you want to configure.
optional TransitSubnet String[] named
Specifies the Transit Subnets for the Transit Gateway that you want to create.

$span = Get-VpcSpan -Name default-span
New-VpcTransitGateway -Name myTgw -TransitSubnet 100.64.0.0/21 -ExternalConnection $externalConnection -Span $span -Description "created by powercli"

Creates a new Transit Gateway named "myTgw", with Transit Subnet 100.64.0.0/21, External Connection extcon-dis1, Span default-span and description "created by powercli".
