Move-Cluster
This cmdlet moves a vCenter Server cluster to the location that is specified by the Destination parameter. To specify a server different from the default one, use the Server parameter.

Specifies the folder or datacenter where you want to move the clusters. If a datacenter is specified for the Destination parameter, the cluster is moved to its "hostFolder" folder. The "hostFolder" is a system folder and is guaranteed to exist. Note: You cannot move clusters from one datacenter to another. You can only move clusters between folders and to datacenter level. |
