Resync a Host Transport Node
Resync the TransportNode configuration on a host.It is similar to updating the TransportNode with existing configuration,
but force synce these configurations to the host (no backend optimizations).
This API is available when using VMware Cloud (AWS, Dell-EMC, Outpost, Hyperscalers) or VMware NSX.
