Removed Methods

The following API methods have been removed. They are organized by the version in which they were removed.

Multi-Tenancy (Vpc) > Security (Groups) Get Effective Physical Server Members that belong to this group.	GET /global-manager/api/v1/global-infra/domains/{domain-id}/groups/{group-id}/members/physical-servers (Removed in 9.0)
Multi-Tenancy (Vpc) > Security (Groups) Get groups for which the given Physical Server is a member	GET /global-manager/api/v1/global-infra/physical-server-group-associations (Removed in 9.0)
