Refresh Vcf Endpoint

Refresh Vcf Endpoint
Refresh the registered VCF infra endpoint in VCFA.

The refresh method will connect to SDDC Manager, and updates VCFA with any new workload domains (vCenter/NSX/Avi Load Balancer) to register.
