Vcf Infra Endpoints APIs

The VCFInfraEndpoints API allows LCM to register a list of service endpoints (SDDC Manager) into VCF Automation. FOR VCF INTERNAL USE ONLY The VCFInfraEndpoints API assists in managing internal VCF infrastructure.
