Remove token exchange trust configuration
Removes the Hub UAA token exchange trust configuration and deletes the corresponding identity provider from the running UAA over UAA's identity provider API. UAA is not restarted.
This endpoint is idempotent: every call asks UAA to remove the provider, so repeating a removal that failed retries it.
