Folder Create Folder
Creates a new sub-folder with the specified name.
The childType property of the new folder is the same as the childType property of the current folder.
Required privileges: Folder.Create
The unique identifier for the managed object to which the method attaches; the serialized managed object reference for a request has the form moType/moId, in this case Folder/{moId}.
