Update Segment Discovery Profile Binding Map

API will update Segment Discovery Profile Binding Map. For objects with no binding maps, default profile is applied. This API is available when using VMware Cloud (AWS, Dell-EMC, Outpost, Hyperscalers) or VMware NSX-T.
