Deregister License Hub(asset) from Avi Cloud Console

API to deregister the License Hub from Avi Cloud Console. All the license assignments (if any) to asset will also be removed from Avi Cloud Console. Avi Cloud Console still keeps License Hub for 30 days and during that time same License Hub can be registered again using the POST /asset API.
