Physical Asset profile

This profile defines the objects and associations needed to model the physical components in a managed server. The Physical Asset profile supplements other profiles describing the managed server, adding the capability to monitor and manage the physical packaging, connections, and asset tracking of the server components.

VMware implements this profile to model the components of an ESX host system.
