DISABLED : The acquisition specification is disabled when the stats data collection is paused. This can happen when the counters are enabled or disabled dynamically on providers. EXPIRED : The acquisition specification is expired when the expiration time is exceeded. There is no data collection in that case. Warning: This constant is available as Technology Preview.
