Migrate Vm Replication

This request performs a planned migration of the VM replication. The planned migration ensures that the source VM is powered off, synchronizes the VM to ensure that the latest changes for the VM are available on the destination site, recovers the VM, powers off the source VM, and finally undeploys the source VM.
