Virtual Machine Reset VM Task
Resets power on this virtual machine.
If the current state is poweredOn, then this method first performs powerOff(hard). Once the power state is poweredOff, then this method performs powerOn(option).
Although this method functions as a powerOff followed by a powerOn, the two operations are atomic with respect to other clients, meaning that other power operations cannot be performed until the reset method completes.
Required privileges: VirtualMachine.Interact.Reset
The unique identifier for the managed object to which the method attaches; the serialized managed object reference for a request has the form moType/moId

This method returns a Task object with which to monitor the operation.

InvalidPowerState: if the power state is suspended or poweredOff.
TaskInProgress: if the virtual machine is busy.
NotEnoughLicenses: if there are not enough licenses to reset this virtual machine.
NotSupported: if the virtual machine is marked as a template.
InvalidState: if the host is in maintenance mode.
InvalidState: if the operation cannot be performed because of the virtual machine's current state. For example, if the virtual machine configuration information is not available.
