Host Local Account Manager Create User
Creates a local user account using the parameters defined in the HostLocalAccountManagerAccountSpecification data object type.
For POSIX hosts, passing HostLocalAccountManagerPosixAccountSpecification data object type allows you to control the format of the user ID of the user account being created.
Required privileges: Host.Local.ManageUserGroups
The unique identifier for the managed object to which the method attaches; the serialized managed object reference for a request has the form moType/moId
, in this case HostLocalAccountManager/{moId}
.

The password and description properties are not supported for group accounts on POSIX hosts.
