userOrGroup	UserOrGroupId	The user or group for this user entitlement. This property cannot be updated.
resource	EntityId	The resource id for this user entitlement. The valid types of resource ids are: ApplicationId DesktopId GlobalApplicationEntitlementId GlobalEntitlementId URLRedirectionId This property cannot be updated.
