If not specified, then OpsManager will use the first .pivotal file found for the corresponding product release on Customer Support Portal. Because the Tanzu Application Service product release provides two .pivotal files (Tanzu Application Service and Small Footprint TAS), specifying a regex will allow OpsManager to pick the correct file.
