Visualization Time Interval List Site Request

Base request object for paginated queries scoped to a time range and one or more sites. Does not accept filtering or sorting.

Notes:

start_time is required. Either site_id or site_ids must also be provided.
site_id scopes the query to a single local manager. site_ids accepts a list for multi-site queries. Providing both is not supported.
