Publish Action

Action to perform on a publishable entity (recommendations, segmentation objects, etc.).

• NONE: No action (default state)
• PUBLISH: Run NSX capacity precheck then queue publication to NSX Policy Manager
• FORCE_PUBLISH: Skip NSX capacity precheck and queue publication anyway (use only after acknowledging capacity risk). Note: FORCE_PUBLISH bypasses the NSX capacity limit check but does NOT bypass the SSP platform hard limit on groups. If the projected group count exceeds the SSP hard limit, the publish will be rejected regardless of this flag.
