List all TransportNode VTEP actions' status

List all VTEP actions' status for a particular TransportNode. If some action status is missing in the response,
that indicates the action has completed successfully.
This API is available when using VMware Cloud (AWS, Dell-EMC, Outpost, Hyperscalers) or VMware NSX.
