List PRP per lcore stats

Parameters:

Option Description
<switch-id> Switch ID
Allowed pattern: ^(0|([1-9]|1[0-5]))$
<lcore-aggr> 0 for printing all lcore stats, 1 for aggreated stats
Allowed pattern: ^[01]$
