Timestamp when the upgrade was initiated.

Timestamp when the upgrade completed or failed. This field is null if the upgrade is still in progress.

STARTED: Upgrade is in progress. COMPLETED: Upgrade completed successfully. ORPHANED: Upgrade was interrupted or abandoned (e.g., system failure).
