entity_name

Required

The user or group being granted roles. For local users this is the user name; for LDAP users and groups this is typically the principal name returned by GET /iam/ldap-identity-sources/search.

UserType

user_type

Optional

Identifies whether an identity is a local Installer account, a remote user authenticated through a configured LDAP identity source, or a remote LDAP group.

Enumeration: LOCAL_USER, REMOTE_USER, REMOTE_GROUP

The roles to grant to entity_name. On PUT, this list fully replaces the entity's existing roles.
