Delete /dataregistration/v1 /rapps/ {rapp Id} /datatypeprodcaps/ {registration Id}

Deregister the DME type production capabilities for the indicated registrationId of the rappId. If this is only remaining producer of the DME type, after deletion the type is no longer discoverable.
